Pass Plus is backed by insurance companies, central
goverment and the Driving Standards Agency. It is
designed to make newly qualified drivers become
better drivers and may entitle you to cheaper insurance. |
The course consists of six specially designed driver training sessions
which you take after you have passed your practical driving
test. You will be guided while you drive in town, in all
weathers, at night, on dual carriageways and on the motorway. |
There is no test to take. When your instructor is satisfied with your
performance you will receive a certificate from the Driving Standards
Agency. You can take the test any time during your driving career, but the
scheme is mainly aimed at novice drivers within a year of passing
their test. |
| The current cost for the course is £130 |
