48 hours notice must be given if you are unable to keep an appointment, otherwise a charge may be incurred.

We can refuse the hire of our car to take a test if the instructor feels that you are not ready for the test.

If our car should break down during the test or prior to the test, we will not be liable or blamed for loss of test fees. However, we will meet the cost of the next test you take as well as the hire of the car for the duration of that test.

If the test is cancelled as a result of DSA instruction, (e.g the examiner is ill) you will still be responsible for the cost of hiring the car as insufficient notice will have been given to PDT.  In this instance, you can claim this cost back from the DSA direct.

Pay one lump sum payment: This fee is payable with your first lesson and is non-refundable.
